Our top priority. This plan is for an urgent situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount.
You outsource the selection process to us on an exclusive basis. We recruit and refer a roster of candidates to you within 30 days, and repeat up to 3 months if necessary.  Process includes:

  • We meet your hiring team in person to accomplish the best match
  • We evaluate your job requirements
  • We customize our recruiting plan to achieve your goals
  • We recruit and refer candidates to you
  • We engage in your initial interviews
  • We debrief candidates and provide feedback
  • We advise you in negotiating an offer, and in the candidate's transition to your company
  • We document our process with a written report
Fee is computed as 30% of realistic first-year compensation.  Initial payment of one-third now, then a progress payment of one-third when we refer our first roster of finalists, and the remainder when your new employee begins work. Approved expenses, such as advertising and travel, are additional.
  


Engagement:

  • We recruit and refer candidates to you
  • We engage in your initial interviews
  • We debrief candidates and provide feedback
  • We advise you in negotiating an offer, and in the candidate's transition to your company

If you need to recruit several new employees, consider Engagement.  We’ll base your initial payment on only one project, but we’ll simultaneously recruit up to three.  Your payment applies to whichever job we fill first. 

Fee is computed as 24% of realistic first-year compensation. Initial payment of one-third now.  We recruit and refer candidates for up to three months.  The remainder is due when your new employee reports for work. Approved expenses, such as advertising and travel, are additional.
  
 
Incremental: Smaller payments in steps, to ease your cash flow!  Our process:
• We evaluate your job requirements
• We recruit and refer candidates to you
• We coordinate your interviews

 
Fee is computed as 18% of realistic first-year compensation, as follows: We earn a non-cancelable fee of 6% when we refer our first candidate. We continue recruiting for 30 days and refer additional candidates. We earn a second 6% increment once, when you meet any of our candidates in person, and we earn the remainder when one of our candidates begins employment.
