About us

Gros Executive Recruiters is an executive recruiting firm serving companies and individuals as the marketplace of professional career opportunities in packaging and plastics.  The firm was founded by Dennis Gros in 1989.  Our headquarters is Franklin, Tennessee (Nashville area).  Our base of coverage by account managers, researchers and affiliates, spans North America.

We identify the top talent in packaging and plastics, and help our client companies hire them.  We facilitate both direct hire and consulting arrangements.

Tour guides (excuse me, our staff members) hold memberships in the Society of Plastics Engineers. Dennis Gros has experience as a chapter president and he often speaks before the organization in person and through webinars.

We are a 20+year member of the Society of the Plastics Industry.
