Plasma treatment is the key technology for custom surface treatment: - ultrafine cleaning, surface activation for adhesion, and plasma coating of almost all materials – plastics, metals, glass, cardboard, textiles, and composite materials. 

With Plasmatreat’s technology, customers can implement high-efficiency, environmentally friendly plasma treatment into the manufacturing processes. Key markets include industries such as Automotive, Medical/Life Sciences, Electronic Board Manufacturing, Aerospace and others.

The company is seeking a very experienced, well connected and highly motivated Business Development Manager with excellent customer and partner relationships in these industrial markets. The Business Development Manager will be primarily responsible for growing the customer base for this technology in the Southeast territory. We're looking for a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development in the surface treatment industry or sales of capital goods/machinery/automation equipment within the target markets. 

We offer a salary plus generous commission plan -- an excellent way to upsize your paycheck. You will work from your office at home, managing your own time and traveling to customers in your territory. The typical overnight travel schedule is 50%.
