Description

Timewell Drainage Products - for 30 years we have continuously developed, improved and added to our product line. Like our customers, we understand what the product is up against in the field. You need consistent, reliable drainage solutions, and Timewell delivers just that – on time and right to your door.

Our multi-state footprint allows Timewell to deliver drainage products throughout the Midwest. In addition to our headquarters and manufacturing operations in Brown County, IL, Timewell operates 2 manufacturing facilities in IA, as well as KY and WI.

We are currently seeking a Process Improvement Leader for our manufacturing facilities. You will be responsible for identify and improving manufacturing and operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction.

Specifically, you will provide the innovation needed with our extruders and Corma brand corrugators. We can provide the official job description but if you’re the one for the job, you know the drill - get on the floor, and get everything running to its potential.  Lower scrap while increasing output. Identify equipment modifications and issues, and bring older equipment back to specification, then maintain that. Work with our operators to make sure they know what they’re doing. What are the good processes, what are the bad, and how do we make them better?

Timewell will look to you for your leadership. You’ll work side by side with Plant Managers to execute change, and need to be willing and able to speak your mind and let us know what the issues and problems are.

Candidates must have training in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizan, strong leadership skills, experience in a high volume manufacturing environment, and exceptional communication skills. Experience with Corma Corrugators is ideal, as is an Engineering or related degree.

We offer full benefits, relocation assistance, and a competitive compensation plan that includes a generous bonus. You will travel 50% of the time at first, but once things are to your – and our – liking, you can stay at home base most of the time.
