RJG - if you’re in the Plastics Industry you know our name. And if you’re looking to join the sales team for a recognized international leader in injection molding training, technology and resources, this is your opportunity.

As a Western Regional Sales Manager you will work with your knowledgeable team to sell our cohesive offering of training, equipment and systems designed to help clients implement systematic techniques.

RJG offers a full complement of related products - sensors, installation kits, software modules and more, making us an important supplier for companies looking to improve product quality and consistency while optimizing efficiency and performance. In addition, RJG provides both general interest and specialized training for injection molding professionals at all levels.

That’s who WE are – who are YOU?

Ideally you have an Engineering Degree, a solid technical understanding of plastics processing (injection molding), some knowledge of tooling, and previous RJG training. You have either successful capital sales experience in injection molding or you’re looking to move from processing into sales – either way, you are hungry to get out and grow your territory.  You will be challenged to use your technical acumen in evaluating needs and providing both prospective and existing customers with solutions.  You excel working from a home office with little direct supervision, yet you’re on top of your reporting and database entries.

Candidates must reside within the territory, as they will be out in the field 3-4 days per week.

This job is exclusively managed by Gros Executive Recruiters.
