Paulson Training Programs provides a broad range of in-plant interactive plastics industry training courses, world-wide e-learning solutions and Paulson exert-led seminars. This opportunity is for you to manage a territory that includes a vast number of potential customers. Prospect through incoming leads, trade shows, internet, email, and cold calling, then travel about one week per month to convert your leads into new business. Your prospects include plastics processors in injection molding, extrusion, and thermoforming.
It's a large, fertile territory (wow!). Work from home in the Southeast or from Paulson headquarters in Connecticut. Expect a travel schedule of about one week per month to customers, plus plastics industry events and company meetings as necessary.
Compensation includes an salary eventually graduating to a lucrative commission program. All of your operating and travel expenses will be borne by Paulson Training, as well as employee medical insurance and 401k.
