You'll join a company with an experienced and technically solid management team that works well together. Your total indirect headcount of 80 employees includes the collaboration of an established team of skilled manufacturing technicians and processing engineers. You will have support from mold design engineers, project managers, tooling operations management and quality control management.
As our Operations Manager, you must be able to communicate with different personalities. Be decisive, but gather input in from your key management team when making those decisions. Candidate Experience should also include:
10- 15 yrs. experience in manufacturing / operations with progressive growth in responsibility
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing related field
Experience similar role in a plastics, injection molding, mold build manufacturing, and similar processes. Experience with medical injection molding ideal.
Line management, discrete manufacturing, and manufacturing engineering or quality engineering experience preferred
Experience in lean/continuous improvement leadership roles and strong knowledge of ERP and ISO systems and processes
Practical project management experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
