Exploration

30 days of our active search and screening to position you for your best hiring decision. We prioritize our results and submit our selected candidates to you. You control your decision process.

  • We assess your job requirements during a kickoff call

Fee is computed as 14% of realistic first-year compensation, in two payments: Initial payment of one-half when you authorize us to begin. We earn the Remainder only if you hire a candidate we’ve submitted for this project.

Full cycle recruiting with smaller payments

We recruit up to 8 weeks and submit candidates to you. Then we continue to assist through your decision process.

  • All steps listed in Exploration, plus:
  • We participate in your initial interviews via conference call or video
  • We provide candidates’ feedback to you
  • Background check and standardized reference report
  • We advise you in negotiating an offer
  • Three-month follow-up service

Fee is computed as 21% of realistic first-year compensation: Initial payment of one-third when you authorize us to begin, then we earn a Progress payment of one-third when you meet any of our candidates in person or on video, and we earn the Remainder at the start of employment.

Guided Tour

Our top priority for urgent, sensitive, or confidential situations

We manage the selection process for you on an exclusive basis. We recruit up to 10 weeks and submit candidates to you. Then we continue to assist through your decision process.

  • All steps listed in Incremental and Exploration, plus:
  • We meet your hiring team in person to accomplish the best match
  • Background check and standardized reference report included
  • Six-month follow-up service

Fee is computed as 28% of realistic first-year compensation: Initial payment of one-third now, then we earn a Progress payment of one-third when you meet any of our candidates in person or on video, and we earn the Remainder at the start of employment.
