I'm looking for a position where I can utilize my 17 years in a corporate engineering environment leveraged with 5 years in a factory setting. In my most recent role as a plant engineer, I was in charge of the maintenance and engineering for a plant, managing 20 direct reports. Prior to that, I was Assistant Director of Engineering managing engineers, contractors and working with plant personnel.
My 15 years of successful organic growth sales leadership targeting new customers coupled with new product solutions enabled my current employer to expand its product offering and manufacturing operations resources.
My experience has given me a well-rounded insight into manufacturing and I am comfortable working on the plant floor as well as in a corporate setting. I am a senior level manager with more than 20 years of diverse experience working on capital expansion, improvement projects, automation, utilities. I have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
These are three points in my career that I am proud of:
Revitalized an aging neglected plant back to a safe, productive and efficient facility
Held a big role in designing, building and commissioning the largest plastic pipe plant in the US
Innovated several automation projects that kept the company ahead of the competition in areas of extrusion control, batch mixing and bringing data from the plant floor to corporate office
