We promise overtime
Overtime, sign-on bonus, and other non-wage compensation components are among the enticements noted by the Federal Reserve System to entice new employees. This report is included in the October “Beige Book” published by the FED. The economists described compensation trends as “modest to moderate wage pressures” at this time. Within skilled manufacturing and several other economic sectors, employers experience difficulty in finding qualified workers.
